Ticket Sales & Cancellation Policies

Inclement Weather and Cancelled Performances:
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER. Inclement weather is not a cause for cancellation. As long as the artist can make it to the theatre the show will go on. Plan to leave home early, and please travel carefully. If you have concerns regarding the weather, please contact the Box Office (732.548.5600) before the event and we will be happy to exchange your tickets for a future event. In the event of a cancellation by the theater, The Forum Theatre will attempt to contact all patrons, notifying them of cancellation. We will try to reschedule it and all tickets will be honored. If the event is unable to be rescheduled, we we gladly issue a credit for a future production.


Ticket Exchanges

If you are unable to attend your scheduled performance of one of our productions, you may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production.

Lost Ticket Replacement
On the date of your scheduled performance if your tickets are misplaced, call the box office at 732.548.5600 and request replacements. A duplicate set of tickets will be waiting for you at the box office at no additional charge!

Ticket Donation
If you are unable to use your tickets, you may donate them back to us. The Forum Theatre recognizes this as a charitable contribution. You may donate your tickets until one hour prior to the performance. We will mail you one receipt for all ticket donations made during the calendar year the following January. To donate your tickets, simply call the box office at 732-548-5600.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges
All sales are final. There are no cancellations, exchanges or refunds. Subscribers may exchange their tickets during business hours up to 24 hours before their scheduled performance. Tickets are paid in full at the time of purchase. No unpaid seats are held. The Theatre reserves the right not to sell tickets to any individual and/or group or to limit the number of tickets that can be purchased. The Theatre reserves the right to cancel and refund tickets for any reason.

Mailing Tickets
The Theatre does not mail single ticket purchases. All single ticket purchases are held at the box office and can be picked up at will call one hour prior to the performance.

Latecomers
Latecomers are seated at the discretion of house management at the first appropriate seating break that allows for the least disruption of the performance for the actors and the seated audience.

Photography
Federal copyright laws prohibit the use of cameras or any other recording devices in the theatre.

Group Sales
